Affiliate Disclosure

At Bohemian Bar (bohemianbar.co.uk), we are transparent about how we operate and generate revenue. This page explains our affiliate relationships and how they work.

How We Earn Commissions

Bohemian Bar is an affiliate partner with various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on links to casino sites (including SpinShark) from our website and complete sign-ups or make deposits, we may earn affiliate commissions from these operators. These commissions do not cost you any additional money—you pay the same amount whether you access a casino directly or through our links.

Our Editorial Independence

Our affiliate commissions do not influence, bias, or determine our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We evaluate all casinos based on objective criteria including licensing, security, game selection, customer support, and user experience. Our goal is to provide honest, accurate reviews that serve your interests, not our commission interests.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on Bohemian Bar are clearly marked with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or similar indicators. We aim to make it obvious when a link may result in us earning a commission.

UK Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. We are committed to operating transparently and ethically within all applicable UK regulations.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any casino operator. Gambling involves risk. Please gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose. If you have concerns about problem gambling, support is available through GambleAware and BeGambleAware.
